vitamin filled vegetable stir fry

What you need
· 1 cup mushroom sliced
· 1 small red/green bell pepper sliced
· 1 cup broccoli florets
· 1 tb spoon soy sauce
· ½ tb spoon pepper
· salt as needed
· 1/4 tea spoon sesame seeds
How to
Grease a pan with oil. Add vegetables to the pan. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add pepper, salt and soy sauce. Close with lid for 2 minutes. Open and stir fry again until well blended. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
