homemade waffles with extra protein

an awesome brunch idea that will leave you begging for more!!

What you will need
1 cup protein waffle mix
½ cup milk
1 large egg
21/2 tb spoon olive oil
How to cook.
Heat waffle iron.Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add milk to adjust the consistency. Spray cooking oil onto waffle iron. Pour the batter to the waffle iron. Cook as per waffle iron instructions. Server with syrup and fruits. Enjoy it hot!
