protein filled pancakes

try these fluffy, delicious, protein filled pancakes that will leave you guilt free!


What you will need

· 1 1/2 cups oats

· Protein powder if needed

· 1 tsp Baking powder

· 3 Eggs

· ½ cup Greek yogurt

· 2 tsp oil or butter

· Maple syrup

· ½ tsp Vanilla extract


How to

Blend oats to powder in blender. Add in all other ingredients and blend well. Cook on a greased pan first one side and then other.

Substitute the above mixture with protein pancake mix. Blend it with water. When mixture is ready, spread the batter on greased pan. Serve with strawberries, raspberries, blue berries and syrup.
